A handmade wreath tied with ribbon and bells. A festive snowman stationed in your yard. Twinkling lights that adorn your home. All of these can signal that the holiday season has arrived, but only one of these can cause intense frustration year after year. Putting up outdoor lighting is always a chore, but in some years due to weather, it can actually be quite dangerous. For homeowners who’ve considered outsourcing this tedious task, we’ve done the legwork for you!

Are you interested in buying a condo in Omaha? There are a bunch of different buildings to choose from. Each building has different features, amenities, rules, etc.

You could tour every building to see if you like the location, the unit, etc. But, to help you save time, I've decided to do some video tours of some of these different condos.

The first condo is Beebe Runyan in downtown Omaha. I do a walkthrough of the building, the amenities, the parking garage, the rooftop, and even tour a condo.

I hope this helps! Please let me know what you think. And if you are interested in buying a condo, please reach out to me.

A couple weeks ago, the Welcome Home Team was recognized by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate as the #10 team nationally in the number of homes closed. Better Homes has over 11,000 agents and 350 offices nationwide.

Last year, we did more than 100 transactions and almost $30 million.

This is truly a team award. I couldn’t have done any of this without my fantastic team. I started what has become the Welcome Home Team back in April 2017. At that point, there was no name, and it was just me and John Watson. Luke Cavagnaro and Mark Gorup joined shortly after to make up our small but mighty team. My team is made up of not only amazing real estate agents but even better human beings.

We are also fortunate to have so many clients that have put…

When we get that amount of rain, homeowners get very, very nervous. Nervous about their roof leaking and nervous about water in their basement.

After the rain stopped yesterday, I did a quick video. I shared a few tips on how to prevent water in your basement. Sometimes the easiest (and cheapest) fixes make the biggest difference.
